摘　　要：从环节控制理念，将医学科技计划项目的生命周期分为项目申报、立项、实施、产出和结题5个环节，分析了5个环节中可能发生的不端行为，针对不同环节发生的不端行为采取相应的预防措施。Based on link control concepts, the life cycle of science and technology projects was divided into five stages,, such as project application, selection, implementation, output and assess ment. All the science misconducts that might occur among these five stages were listed. Finally, dif- ferent precautions were made to prevent different misconducts during different stage..
