摘　　要：以2005--2014年美国科学引文索引（Web of Science Expanded，SCIE）收录的北京大学第三医院的论文为数据依据，运用文献计量法分别从论文数量、被引频次、期刊影响因子、基金资助等不同维度进行定量统计与分析，客观评价医院的科研现状，为今后科研政策制定、学科发展规划提供参考依据。北京大学第三医院近十年论文数量增长较快，基金资助论文比例增加，但高影响因子期刊的论文数量增幅较慢，篇均被引频次低于同期中国大陆临床医学水平，科研论文质量有待提高。Using the research papers of Peking University Third Hospital recorded in SCIE since 2005 to 2014 as data basis, some bibliometric indexes were analyzed, including papers quality, cited times, impact factor, and funded papers. To reveal the current hospital research status and pro- vide reference for policy drafting and subject development planning. In the past ten years, the quantity of paper increased significantly. However, highly impact papers published by Peking University Third Hospital were relatively rare, the cited times per paper in clinical medicine is lower than that of china mainland. It is necessary to improve the quality of research paper.
