摘  要:目的探讨香叶醇、β-香茅醇和丁香酚3种中药单体体外抗念珠菌活性。方法先采用纸片法药敏试验对3种中药单体抗念珠菌活性进行初筛实验,再参照CLSI—M27-A方案中的微量稀释法检测3种中药单体对61株临床分离致病念珠菌的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)。结果3种中药单体对61株临床分离念殊菌均具有较强的抑菌活性,对念珠菌属的平均MIC分别为:香叶醇424.70±387.33μg/ml,β-香茅醇411.70±419.05μg/ml和丁香酚579.15±468.81μg/ml。结论香叶醇、β-香茅醇和丁香酚3种中药单体对临床常见条件致病性念珠菌均具有不同程度的抑制作用;CLSIM27-A方案中的酵母菌微量稀释法适合于抗真菌中药的筛选。Objective To determine the anticandidal activities of three Chinese herbal monomers (Geraniol, β-Citronellol and Eugenol) in vitro. Methods The anticandidal activities of the three compounds were examined by disc diffusion method, then the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) was tested in 61 clinically isolated Candida strains by CLSI-M27-A microdilution method. Results All of tested Candida strains were susceptible to Geraniol,β-Citronellol and Eugenol, and their MICs were 424.70 ± 387.33 μg/ml, 411.70 ± 419.05 μg/ml and 579.15 ± 468.81 μg/ml, respectively. Conclusion Geraniol, β- Citronellol and Eugenol were of anticandidal activities in vitro. Microdilution method from M27-A is be available for the susceptibility-testing of Candida to Chinese herbs in vitro. Keywords: Chinese herbal monomers ; candida ; microbial sensitivity tests
