摘　　要：结合国际工程的特点和风险因素的阐述,对主流的FIDIC条款在实际中的应用进行了分析,在讨论国际工程总承包趋势的过程中,对现有的合同风险进行了阐述,以期为相关从业人员提供理论研究依据。In this paper, the characteristics and risk factors of international engineering, the mainstream of the FIDIC terms in the practical application of the analysis.In the course of discussing the trend of the international project general contracting, this paper expounds the existing contract risk, in order to provide a theoretical basis for the relevant practitioners.
