摘 要:探讨异烟酸-吡唑啉酮光度法测定酒中氰化物产生浑浊的原因及其干扰因素,并对方法进行改进,将溶剂N,N-二甲基甲酰胺改换为氢氧化钠溶液。在p H=7.0的磷酸盐缓冲溶液中,氯胺T与氰化物反应生成氯化氰,后与异烟酸-吡唑啉酮反应生成蓝色染料。实验结果表明,氰化物标准曲线的线性关系良好,相关系数为0.9992,加标回收率在81.0%-108.0%。改进后的方法用于酒中氰化物的测定,具有稳定性好、准确度好、灵敏度高等特点。To explore the cause of turbidity and the interfering factors in the determination of cyanide in wine by isonicotinic acidpyrazolone photometry, and improve the method, the solvent N, N-dimethylformamide was replaced by sodium hydroxide in order to reduce the harm of toxic reagents to the operator. In p H=7.0 phosphate buffer, blue dyestuff was generated by reacting isonicotinic acid-pyrazolone with cyanogen chloride being generated between chloramine T and cyanide. The cause of turbidity was mainly caused by ethyl lactate in wine. The result showed that the linear relation was excellent and the rlative coefficientis was 0.9992. The recovery rate of cyanide was 81.0%~108.0%. The improved method was used for determination of cyanide in wine with good stability, good accuracy and high sensitivity.
