摘 要:采用简易的恒温水浴法合成了一种新颖的层叠式圆盘状ZnO纳米结构。采用X-射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜以及透射电镜对样品的结构及形貌进行了表征。结果表明:产物的物相属于纤锌矿结构,是由粒径约为10nm的ZnO粒子组成的层状结构叠加而成,平均直径约400nm,厚度约100nm。光学性能测试结果显示:在激发波长为325nm时主要有2个发射峰,分别是位于380nm的紫外发射峰和525nm的绿光发射峰,并且随着反应时间的延长,ZnO表面产生氧空位的几率大大降低,抑制了可见光的发射。此外,通过N2的物理吸附脱附,得出该结构的比表面积为28.14m2·g-1,平均孔径为10nm。这种具有较大比表面积的多孔结构大大提高了氧化锌的光催化效率。A novel zinc oxide with layer-stacked disc structure was prepared through a facile constant temperature bathing route.The structures and morphologies of as-prepared samples were investigated via XRD,SEM and TEM.The results indicate that the sample phase belongs to wurtzite structure.The disk ZnO prepared with average diameter of 400 nm and thickness of100 nm are superposed of layer structure composed of nanoparticles with diameter of 10 nm.The optical properties show that there are two emission peaks under excitation wavelength of325 nm,UV emission in 380 nm and green emission in 525 nm.With the reaction time increasing,the rates of oxygen vacancies are greatly reduced so that inhibiting the emission of the deep level visible light.Also,the specific surface area of the disc structure was 28.14m2·g-1and the average pore diameter is 10 nm measured by the physical adsorption and desorption of N2.This porous structure with large specific surface area can significantly improve the photocatalytic efficiency of ZnO.
