摘  要:探讨了不同种类的增容剂对三元乙丙橡胶/尼龙(EPDM/PA)硫化胶物理机械性能和共混胶相态的影响。结果表明:增容剂为CPE时,硫化胶的拉伸永久形变值最小;增容剂为EPDM-g-MAH时,硫化胶的拉伸强度和撕裂强度最大,DIN磨耗值最小;增容剂为POE-g-MAH时,硫化胶的扯断伸长率最大。在DSC分析中,增容剂POE-g-MAH使共混胶中两相的玻璃化转变温度值靠近最大。从扫描电镜照片中看出,增容剂EPDMg-MAH对两相相容性的提高最明显。This paper discusses the impact of physical and mechanical properties of EPDM/PA vulcanized rubber and the phase of EPDM/PA blends rubber with different compatibilizers.The results showed that:The tensile set of vulcanized rubber is the minimuim with the compatibilizer of CPE;the tensile and tear strength of vulcanized rubber are the maximuim with the compatibilizer of EPDM-g-MAH,and the value of DIN abrasion is the minimum;the elongation at break showed the maximum with the compatibilizer of POE-g-MAH.In DSC analysis,the compatibilizer of POE-g-MAH made the glass transition temperature of two phases of blends rubber dose to the maximum value.It can be seen from the SEM images that the compatibilizer of EPDM-gMAH obviously improves the compatibility of the two phases.
