摘　　要：目的 借助医院信息平台提供的报表模板,对医院的电子病案数据进行信息挖掘,满足不断变化的各类统计报表查询的需求,提高工作效率,为医院医疗服务质量的评价与改善提供科学的管理依据.方法 运用SQL语言编写脚本查询医院电子病案数据.结果 利用SQL语言查询数据可以解决前台还没有提供数据维度的字段的综合查询问题,而且能完成更为复杂的数据查询,缩短核对时间、提高统计工作效率及结果 准确率.结论 统计工作人员学习SQL语言,熟练应用各种语法、命令,提高查询的准确性和效率,最大限度地弥补了许多统计上报数据暂时无法采集和只能手工或半手工统计的缺陷,为医学信息统计分析奠定更加良好的数据基础.通过SQL查询电子病案信息并对其进行质控,是一种高效便捷的病案信息统计和质控方法 .Objective Using the report templates offered by information platform of the hospital to analyze the e-data of the cases, to meet the needs of all kinds of statistics query, and to improve work efficiency. Methods We used SQL language to write the script to query the hospital electronic record data. Results The utilization of SQL language integrated query data could not only solve the problem of the comprehensive query without data dimension offered by the service .counter, but also achieve more complex data query, shorten the checking time, improve the efficiency and accuracy of the results. Conclusion learning SQL language of Staff to skillfully apply grammar and command, improves query accuracy and efficiency, minimizes the defects that many statistical reporting data are collected manually or semi-manually, and further lay the foundation of the medical information statistic data analysis. SQL query of electronic medical record information and its quality control is an effective and convenient method of medical record information statistics and quality control.
