摘 要:冶金炉渣常含有易挥发组元,在加热过程中,这些组元的挥发使得炉渣成分发生变化,导致炉渣性能测定误差(或称为测不准),如炉渣的熔点、粘度等测定。基于对挥发机制和炉渣性能测定过程,探讨了现行冶金炉渣性能测定中易于造成误差的原因,提出了对现行测定方法中冶金炉渣成分进行修正进而与高温性能测定结果对应的方法。对含易挥发组元的炉渣,如高氟化物含量、高钾钠氧化物含量以及高铅锌氧化物含量的炉渣性能测定具有参考价值。To meet the special requirement,some volatiles are often added in the slag. In the heating process,the volatiles can deduce the change chemical composition,as a result,the measured slag properties,such as melting point,viscosity and so on changed(or known as measurement error,uncertainty). Based on evaporation dynamic mechanism and the general methods of slag properties measurement,the reason of measurement error is analyzed. How to get the accurate properties data are discussed. It is suggested that based on the measurement method widely used now,the chemical composition of slag with higher volatile content should be modified with evaporation mechanism to fit the measured property data. This will be of reference value to obtain more accurate property data of all slag with higher volatile content.
