摘  要:我国钢渣产生量大,环保要求日益严格,钢渣的资源化利用日益迫切。中冶建筑研究总院开发了钢渣热闷及钢渣粉技术,并实现了大规模的工业化应用。基于中冶建筑研究总院及业内企业工作对钢渣资源化利用进行了探讨。钢渣有压热闷新技术装备自动化水平高,钢渣处理效果好,更加环保,应大力推广应用,淘汰落后的处理工艺。钢渣用于水泥、钢渣粉和道路建设是大批量消纳钢渣的可行方法,应争取政府政策支持,推动跨行业合作,促进钢渣的资源化利用。China's steel slag yield a large amount of steel slag, the environmental protection requirements are increasingly stringent, and the resources utilization of steel slag is increasingly urgent. Central Research Institute of Building and Construction of MCC Group developed steel slag hot disintegrating and steel slag powder technology, and realize the large-scale industrial application. Based on the work of Central Research Institute of Building and Construction of MCC Group and other enterprises in the industry, steel slag resources utilization is discussed. The having pressure hot disintegrating method has high automation level, and steel slag treatment effect is good, more environmentally friendly, should be extended vigorously replacing the backward processing technology. Tailings of steel slag using for cement, steel slag power and road construction are the feasible methods for mass consumption of steel slag, strive for the support of government and finance, promoting cross industry cooperation, and promoting resources utilization of steel slag.
