摘  要:苯酚是一种较难处理的有毒有机污染物。本文以Ti OSO_4为钛源,尿素为沉淀剂,沸石为载体,采用均匀沉淀法制备了纳米Ti O_2/沸石复合材料,并以苯酚作为降解对象,研究了不同Ti O_2负载量、煅烧温度以及重复使用对纳米Ti O_2/沸石复合材料的光催化降解苯酚性能的影响。结果表明:Ti O_2负载量为30%、煅烧晶化温度为650℃时,经300W高压汞灯照射3.5h,纳米Ti O_2/沸石复合材料对20mg/L苯酚溶液的光催化降解率达到91.6%;重复使用5次仍对苯酚溶液具有85%的光催化降解率。Phenol is a toxic organic pollutants and difficult to treat. Using Ti OSO_4 as titanium source,urea as the precipitator,and zeolite as the carrier,we had prepared the nano-Ti O_2/zeolite material by homogeneous precipitation method. The effect of Ti O_2 loading amount,calcination temperature and the reusabiity on photocatalytic degradation of phenol were investigated by taking phenol as the degradation target. The results showed that the nano-Ti O_2/zeolite material with 30% Ti O_2 loaded,and calcined at 650℃ exhibited the best photocatalytic performance. The degradation efficiency of nano-Ti O_2/zeolite material towards phenol(20mg/L) was 91.6% when irradiated for 3.5h under 300 W high pressure mercury lamp and the catalyst after five cycles still demonstrated excellent photocatalytic performance of 85 % of the photocatalytic degradation rate of phenol.
