“211工程”高校图书馆网站版权公告的现状与对策

摘　　要：文章对115所"211工程"高校图书馆网站上的版权公告栏目的设置情况进行了调查,发现有70所,约占61%的高校图书馆制订了版权公告,其存在的主要问题有:知识产权保护意识不强,版权公告类目名称不规范、类目可见度不高,版权公告内容多寡不一。与国外部分高校图书馆的版权公告作对比,意识上、内容上、便利性、全面性等方面差距较大。基于上述分析提出建议:发挥图书馆协会与联盟的作用,制定版权公告模板;通过国家立法制定版权公告内容标准规范;从技术手段上加强图书馆版权保护;加强图书馆版权宣传培训。This paper makes an investigation on copyright notice of 115 ＂Project 211＂ university libraries＇ websites, and found that 70 libraries（about 61 percent） have made copyright notice. The existing main problems are： protec-tion awareness of intellectual property rights is not strong, copyright notice category name is not standard, cate-gory visibility is not high, and the content of copyright notice is not as much. Comparing with the copyright no-tice of foreign university libraries, there is a great gap in consciousness, content, convenience and comprehen-siveness. Based on the above analysis, this paper puts forward to some suggestions： play the role of Library As-sociation and alliance, making templates of copyright notice; make standards of copyright notice content through national legislation; strengthen the library copyright protection from the technical means; strengthen the publici-ty and training of library copyright.
