青翘 老翘 连翘叶中连翘苷含量的比较研究

摘　　要：目的:测定青翘、老翘、连翘叶中连翘苷的含量,为连翘资源的开发利用提供依据。方法:采用HPLC法测定青翘、老翘、连翘叶中连翘苷的含量。流动相为乙腈∶水(25∶75),流速为1.0min/mL,柱温为室温,检测波长:277nm。结果:青翘、老翘、连翘叶连翘苷的含量为:连翘叶(2.60%)>青翘(0.91%)>老翘(0.17%)。结论:连翘叶具有较大的开发利用潜力。Objective：To compare the contents of forsythin in Forsythia Suspense,old alice and Forsythia Suspense Leaves,and provide a scientific basis for resource exploitation.Methods：HPLC method was used to analyzed the contents of forsythin in Forsythia Suspense,old alice and Forsythia Suspense Leaves.The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water（25∶75）,the flow rate was 1.0min/mL,the column temperature was at room temperature,the detection wavelength was at 277 nm.Results：The contents of Forsythia Suspens,old alice and Forsythia Suspense Leaves were 2.60%,0.17%,and 0.91%,respectively.Conclusion：Forsythia Suspense Leaves have great potential to be developed.
