摘 要:为了能更好地研究苹果梨园有机磷不同组分的分布特征,在延边和龙苹果梨园内挖掘土壤剖面,根据土壤形态划分土壤自然发生层,分层采集土壤样品,采用熊恒多改进Bowman-Cole法测定有机磷各组分含量。结果表明:在苹果梨园土壤剖面中,除中稳性有机磷外,其它有机磷组分含量最高值均在A层;相同土层中,农田有机磷总含量均高于苹果梨园土;在果园剖面不同土层中,各有机磷组分比率分布不尽相同,但均表现出中活性有机磷占有机磷总量的比例最大的共同特征。In order to reveal distribution characteristics of soil organic phosphorus fractions in apple-pear orchard, soil section was mined in apple-pear orchard of Helong City of Korean Autonomous Prefecture of Yanbian of Jilin Province, and soil samples from different soil genetic horizons according to soil properties were collected. Organic phosphorus fractions was determined by improved Bowman-Cole method. The re- suits showed that organic phosphorus content in A horizon was the highest in orchard profile except for moderately stable organic phosphorus. In the same soil horizon, organic phosphorus content of farmland was higher than in apple-pear orchard. In different horizons of profile of apple-pear orchard, the distribution of each organic phosphorus fractions accounting for total organic phosphorus was different, and the key common characteristics was that moderately labile organic phosphorus accounting for total organic phosphorus was the highest in apple-pear orchard.
