摘 要:利用选择实验模型来估计韩国消费者对中国农产品食品认证标识及相关属性的支付意愿。考虑韩国大豆大多都为进口,本研究以中国大豆制成的豆腐为研究对象进行分析。为克服多项分对数模型的局限性,使用了HEV模型及Mixed logit模型,最终发现HEV模型拟合效果最好。研究结果表明:以非转基因、未加入人工添加剂、获得安全认证的大豆为原材料制成豆腐有助于提高韩国消费者的效用水平;同时,中国及韩国食品安全认证在支付意愿中贡献率表现最高;其他属性从大到小依次为人工添加剂、GMO和中国认证。Used choice experiment method to analyze the South Korean consumer's willingness to pay on bean curd made of Chinese soybean. Considering the Korean soybean are mostly imported, analyzed using the bean curd made of Chinese soybean as the research object. In order to overcome the limitations of mul- tinomial logit model, used the HEV model and mixed logit model. Finally, found that HEV model is the best one. The results showed that non GMO, non artificial additives, safety label will help increase the South Korean consumers utility, the contribution rate of willingness to pay on China and South Korea certification is the highest; the other WTP of attributes in the order from big to small is artificial additives, GMO, China certification.
