摘　　要：针对某110kV变电站2号主变压器预试时套管试验数据异常的问题,对主变压器进行例行试验、套管油色谱及微水测试分析,并进行返厂检查,认为该套管内一螺丝错装造成油枕盖板密封不良、套管进水是导致数据异常的原因,并提出相应的改进措施及建议。Aiming at bushing abnormal test data of 110 kV substation No.2main transformer during pre-test,this paper makes the test,bushing oil chromatographic and moisture test analysis of main transformer,considers that the main reason are that a screw mounting error leading to bad oil pillow cover seal and water flowing into bushing,and proposes corresponding preventive measures and suggestions.
