摘 要:对不同批次活性超微三七粉进行分析研究,采用显微镜确定活性超微三七粉的显微结构,用薄层色谱法及红外分光光度法进行定性鉴别,用HPLC法测定活性超微三七粉中的皂苷含量及有效成分溶出量;同时对活性超微三七粉进行水分、灰分、醇浸出物、重金属等指标检测。结果表明,活性超微三七粉水分含量平均值为6.67%,总灰分平均值为3.29%,HPLC测定三七皂苷R1为5.3 mg/g,人参皂苷Rg_1为30.1 mg/g,人参皂苷Re为1.5 mg/g,人参皂苷Rb_1为27.9 mg/g以及人参皂苷Rd为4.7 mg/g,重金属检测中铅为0.16mg/kg、镉为0.23 mg/kg、砷为0.78 mg/kg、汞为0.03 mg/kg、铜为8.78 mg/kg。本研究为活性三七超微粉的质量标准和控制提供了一定的理论依据。To study different batch activity Panax notoginseng ultra-fine powder microstructure of the ultra-fine powder was obtained using microscope,characterized identification was performed using TLC and FT-IR. Saponin contents were determined by means of HPLC. Other properties,such as moisture,ash,ethanolic extract and heavy metal residue were also investigated. The results showed that the average moisture content was 6. 67%,the average ash was 3. 29 %. The saponin content was 5. 3 mg / g for R1,30. 1 mg/g for Rg1,1. 5 mg/g for Re,27. 9 mg/g for Rb1 and 4. 7 mg / g for Rd. Heavy metal test showed a low content of 0. 16 mg / kg for Pb,0. 23 mg / kg for Cd,0. 78 mg / kg for As,0. 03 mg / kg for Hg and 8. 78 mg / kg for Cu. The study can provide some theory basis for quality standard and control of activity Panax notoginseng ultra-fine powder.
