摘　　要：目的:探讨中医穴位按摩对母婴分离产妇的影响。方法:将收治的115名母婴分离产妇随机分为对照组57名和观察组58名,对照组给予常规乳房护理,观察组采用常规护理联合中医穴位按摩;比较两组泌乳开始时间、泌乳量充足时间以及乳房舒适情况。结果:观察组泌乳开始时间和泌乳量充足时间短于对照组(P<0.05),乳房舒适情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对母婴分离产妇在常规乳房护理的基础上联合实施中医穴位按摩,可以有效缩短产妇的泌乳时间和泌乳量充足时间,并缓解乳房胀痛情况。Objective： To explore the effect of acupoint massage on the separated puerpera in lactation period after childbirth. Methods：115 separated puerpera were randomly divided into the control group（ n = 57） and the observation group（ n = 58）. The routine breast care was given to the puerpera in the control group; the routine breast care combined with acupoint massage was implemented in the observation group. The start time of lactation,the time of sufficient lactation and breast comfort of the puerpera were compared between the two groups.Results： The start time of lactation and the time of sufficient lactation in the observation group were earlier than the control group（ P〈0. 05）; the breast comfort of the puerpera was superior in the observation group to the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The routine breast care combined with acupoint massage can effectively make the start time of lactation and the time of sufficient lactation earlier and can relieve the distending pain of breast as well.
