摘 要:水体掺气运行是管线空蚀及输水效率降低的重要原因。因此,如何均匀、快速地进行管线排气尤为重要。本文依据大伙房输水工程的运行实践,阐述了排气设备的优化布设。同时,介绍了如何针对不同的管线排气规模和运行方式,建立管线初次充水时的大排气及管线正常有压输水时的小排气机理,最终计算得出所需的管线排气速度及孔口尺寸。该研究为工程排气阀的设计、选型提供了重要的依据,具有重大的工程应用价值。Water aeration operation is an important reason tbr pipeline cavitation and water delivery efficiency reduction. Therefore, how to evenly and rapidly exhaust the pipeline is particularly important. In the paper, optimized distribution of exhaust equipment is described according to operation practice of Dahuofang water conveyance project. Meanwhile, the establishment of large exhaust mechanism during pipeline initial water filling and small exhaust mechanism of pipeline normal pressure water conveyance aiming at different pipeline exhaust scale and operation mode, and the final calculation of the required pipeline exhaust speed and hole dimension are introduced. The research provides important basis for designing and selecting model for project exhaust value with significant project application value.
