摘　　要：立式水泵应用广泛,结构复杂,时常出现由局部性检修升级为解体大修的情形。本文从实践出发,结合多年安装检修与运行管理经验,根据实际情况合理调整检修工序,在较短时间内完成了电机油冷却器故障的检修,避免了解体大修。按需维修节约了工期与成本,为大型水泵状态检修的发展提供了一次案例基础。Vertical water pumps are widely used with complex structure. Local maintenance is frequently upgraded to collapse overhaul. In the paper, installation maintenance and operation management experience for many years are combined from the pez^pective of practice. Maintenance procedures are rationally adjusted according to actual condition. Overhaul of electric engine oil cooler failures is completed within shorter time, thereby avoiding collapse major repair. The pump can be repaired according to demand, thereby saving construction duration and cost, and providing a case basis for developing large water pump state overhaul.
