摘　　要：为更加有效、便捷地管理航用纸质海图,实现通告永久保存、改正情况记录、临时通告检索、关联海图查询、文档自动生成和信息有效监管等功能,基于电子版航海通告,采用将纸质海图改正工作按船岸一体化模式高效管理的方式开发海图改正管理系统。将该系统同时应用到船舶和船公司,可大大减轻船舶驾驶员的工作负担,加强船公司的监管力度。此外,还可将其推广应用到海事主管机关和纸质海图出版部门。The chart correction management system is developed for controlling the process of correcting paper nautical chart according to the electronic notices to mariners. The design process and the function implementation of the system are described. With the help of the system one can manage charts more effectively and conveniently, permanently save notices and automatically file the documents. The system can be installed on shipping companies and/or ships to enhance supervi- sion and to reduce the workload of the marine officers. Maritime authorities and chart publishers may also find the system useful.
