摘 要:获取更为详实的台风实时风场资料对合理有效地确定船舶避台方案、提高处理避台航行突发状况的能力及确保航运企业经济效益而言具有重要的理论意义和实际应用价值。对此,通过分析目前常用的台风风场资料来源,指出目前常用台风风场资料存在精细化程度不够高、不能满足合理有效地绕避台风和处理突发状况需求等问题。在对美国NOAA网站提供的MTCSWA风场产品的种类、来源及其应用等进行详细分析、介绍的基础上,以台风"范斯高"为例对不同来源的台风风场信息进行实例应用对比分析。结果表明:MTCSWA风场产品可更为直观、有效地给出台风实时风场资料,可更为行之有效地供航运安全管理部门避台决策使用。Real-time typhoon wind field data is of great importance to shipping safety managers and captains, who have the responsibility to determine TC avoidance routes for ships and to handle unexpected TC situations. This paper analyzes the typhoon wind field data from commonly used sources and points out that they are not appropriately accurate and in detail for effectively deciding TC avoidance routes and handling unexpected situations. The MTCSWA wind product provided by A- merican NOAA website is introduced in detail, covering its types, sources and applications. The wind field information of TC Francisco from different sources is analyzed, and the results show that MTCSWA wind products can provide more straightforward and effective real-time wind field data of the typhoon, which can better help shipping safety managers with TC avoidance.
