摘　　要：中小河流是城镇环境的重要组成部分,在维护环境稳定、降低城市污染、保证洪涝安全方面发挥着重要作用。针对东固乡河道存在的防洪标准低、洪涝灾害频发等问题,通过全面评价工程状况,以先疏浚河道再整治河岸的原则进行分段治理,使工程顺利完成并取得了良好的效果。Small and medium-sized rivers are important parts of urban environment, which play important role in maintaining stable environment,reducing urban pollution,and ensuring flood safety. Aiming at problems in rivers at Donggu County,namely low flood control standard,frequent flood disasters,etc.,project condition is comprehensive evaluated,and segmented control is carried out based on the principle of river dredging followed by river bank control.Finally,the project is smoothly completed with excellent effect.
