摘　　要：本文以泰州引江河二期高港枢纽二线船闸为例,介绍了国产陶瓷活塞杆液压启闭机的应用情况。结果表明:陶瓷涂层技术不仅有效提高活塞杆的防腐质量和行程检测精度,而且具有耐腐蚀、耐磨损、启闭行程精度高、维修方便、制造工艺环保等特点,可为类似工程提供参考。In the paper,Taizhou river diversion stage II Gaogang hinge second-line ship-lock is adopted as an example.Application condition of domestic ceramic piston rod hydraulic hoist is introduced. Results show that corrosion resistance and stroke detection precision of piston rod are effectively improved,and the hoist is characterized by corrosion resistance,wear resistance,high hoist stroke precision,convenient maintenance,environmental-friendly manufacturing process,etc.,which can provide reference for similar projects.
