摘　　要：介绍了云南云天化股份有限公司云峰分公司硫酸厂熔硫系统的技改情况。该公司对熔硫系统熔硫、保温蒸汽进行回收,冷凝水作除氧水使用,减少了蒸汽消耗;对熔硫酸性废气进行洗涤脱硫处理,解决了环境污染问题,减小熔硫罐盖板、蒸汽加热盘管等腐蚀,提高了熔硫装置的运转率。Technical improvement of sulphur melting system in Yunfeng Branch is described. The company＇s system for sulphur melting,heat steam recovery and condensed water for oxygen use,reduce steam consumption. Sulphur melting acid waste gas is desulphurized,which solved the problems of environmental pollution and reduced sulphur melting lid plate as well as corrosion of steam heating coils,improving the operation rate of the sulphur melting device.
