摘 要:针对动车组轴温监测系统报警功能的调试问题,本文以南车青岛四方机车车辆股份有限公司的动车组为例,基于数字电位器,对动车组轴温模拟报警装置进行研究。给出了动车组轴温监测系统设计原理及整体结构,并对系统的硬件电路和软件电路进行设计,提出了以数字电位器(AD8403)作为温度补偿元件,通过触摸屏及单片机对温度参数进行人工设定,改变温度传感器PT100在不同温度下的等效阻值来模拟轴温升温,触发系统报警及紧急制动停车,为验证动车组轴温监测系统的可靠性,在实验室现有工装条件下进行了调试实验。实验结果表明,通过温度补偿的办法可以实现模拟PT100温度变化,且模拟温度范围最高可达300℃,满足最高报警温度值180℃;同时温度可调单元的最后调节精度为0.7℃,满足动车组实验1℃的要求。本设计以无损的嵌入式方式代替了传统的物理加热的方式,完成了动车组轴温监测系统报警模块的性能调试。According to the test problems of alarm module used for CRH axle temperature monitoring system,Taking the CSR Qingdao Sifang CO.,LTD as an example,This paper studies the alarm module used for CRH axle temperature monitoring system based on digital potentiometer.The design principle and the whole structure of the axle temperature monitoring system are given,and the hardware circuit and software are designed.The paper takes the digital potentiometer(AD8403)as the temperature compensation component.We can change the resistance of PT100 temperature sensor by setting the temperature parameters of system manually through the touch screen and MCU,to simulate the axel temperature rising.Therefore we can verify the performance of the axle temperature monitoring system,through whether the alarm or the emergency brake is triggered.In order to verify the reliability of the device,we have carried out the experiment in the laboratory under the condition of the present work.The results show that the method of temperature compensation can realize the simulation of PT100 temperature variation.And the simulated range of temperature variation is up to 300 degrees Celsius.It meets the maximum alarm temperature value which is 180 Celsius.Meanwhile the adjustment precision of the temperature adjustable module is 0.7Celsius,which satisfies the requirement of 1Celsius.The original physical heating mode is replaced by the non-destructive embedded method which completes the test of alarm function of the axle temperature monitoring system.
