摘 要:针对传统蜗轮蜗杆设计方法繁琐、复杂的问题,本文以蜗轮蜗杆机构为研究对象,采用参数化设计和特征建模技术,对蜗轮蜗杆设计系统进行研究。以SolidWorks软件为平台,VB6.0为二次开发工具,调用API函数进行编程,给出了蜗轮蜗杆设计校核及建模的具体流程,从而实现蜗轮蜗杆的参数化造型,并通过设计实例进行验证。验证结果表明,当设置参数一定时,点击参数设计命令按钮,系统自动计算出其他参数,并进行强度和刚度校核。若校核不满足,则需要重新选择适当参数,当输出通过校核和满足要求后,点击三维造型命令按钮,则系统切换至蜗轮蜗杆三维造型模块,系统自动读取上一模块提供的设计参数,并计算其它参数;分别点击绘制蜗杆和绘制蜗轮,即可进行三维造型。该系统满足实际工作要求,使设计人员从繁重的传统蜗轮蜗杆设计方法中解脱出来,减少了蜗轮蜗杆的设计周期,极大地提高了蜗轮蜗杆的设计效率及准确性,为进一步模拟转配、运动仿真及有限元分析奠定了理论基础。The traditional design method of worm and worm gear is cumbersome and complex.This paper studies worm and worm gear mechanism,and uses parametric design and feature-based modeling technology to complete the study of worm and worm design system.We elaborate a method which uses SolidWorks software as platform,VB6.0as a secondary development tool and calls its API functions to program,and verify it by designing examples.The verification results show that when the parameters are set to be fixed,if we click the command button of parameters design,the system automatically calculates the other parameters,and checks the strength and stiffness.If the check can't meet the requirement,we need to reselect the appropriate parameters,and when the output goes through the check and meets the requirements,if we click the three-dimensional modeling command button,the system switches to the three-dimensional modeling module of worm and worm gear,reads the parameters designed by the previous module,and calculates other parameters.After we click the buttons of the worm drawing and worm gear drawing respectively,the system can do three-dimensional modeling.It can meet the practical requirements,extricate designers from the heavy traditional method of worm and worm gear,and reduce its design cycle.Thus it greatly improves the efficiency and accuracy of the worm and worm gear design.
