摘　　要：通过对意大利圣安德烈RF5A粗纱机卷绕成形的分析,对该型粗纱机在生产时出现"人"字形粗纱进行了理论分析,计算"人"字成形的位置,并与实际位置进行对比,最后根据粗纱"人"字出现的位置,提出了通过控制粗纱大小来规避重叠位置的解决方案。This paper analyzes the winding and shaping of Italian Sant Andrew RF5 ARubbing Frame to make a theoretical analysis on ＂inverse V-shaped＂roving generated during production by this rubbing frame,calculate the position of ＂inverse V＂shape,make comparisons with the actual position and finally put forward a solution to avoid overlapping position by controlling the size of roving based on the position of＂inverse V-shapod＂roving.
