摘　　要：本文阐述了进出境动植物检疫工作中"科带室"管理模式这一理念的产生和发展过程,分析了其特点和价值。通过紧密联系当前检验检疫现场和实验室的工作实际状况,对"科带室"管理模式进行了深入思考和探讨。指出在该模式条件下应处理好4个方面的关系,同时,说明了该模式在新形势下的作用和意义,并提出了相关建议。The article expounds the emergence and development process of the management model of ＂the integration of administrative department and laboratory＂ in the field of entry-exit animal and plant quarantine,analy the characteristics and value. The management mode is deeply discussed through contact closely with the actual situation of the current field and laboratory work of CIQ. Finally,authors point out the mode shoudle correctly handle four relationships,explain the role and significance of mode in the new situation,and put forward related suggestions.
