摘　　要：为了改进生物分类检索方法,建立了基于数据库的图示多元检索表。该检索表由含有多个"分类单元-特征部位-特征"记录的数据库表构成,并配备分类特征鉴别图。检索时根据表中所列特征部位,参照特征的文字描述和图示,输入标本多个对应部位的特征,一次查询可获得检索结果。检索所用的SQL语句中,使用union all语句组合多个select查询语句,进行多个分类特征的并行检索。通过建立异翅长蠹属(鞘翅目长蠹科)分种多元检索表进行测试,检索效果良好。多元检索方法解决了传统的二叉检索遇到缺失特征而无法进行后续检索的问题。基于数据库的图示多元检索表直观易用,非常适合口岸检疫鉴定。The graphical multi-retrieval key based on database has been develeped in order to improve biological retrieval methods. The key is consist of a database table containing many ＂taxon-body region-character＂records and reference images of identification characters. Body regions and their characters of specimen are input according to concerning illustrations and description from the key,and retrieval result will figure out all at once. The SQL statement used by Multi-retrieval connects several ＂select＂sentences with ＂union all＂and contributes to parallel retrieval with many identification characters. A multi-retrieval key for species in Heterobostrychus（Coleoptera,Bostrichidae） is established and tested,proves effective.The Graphical multi-retrieval key based on database avoids retrieval interruption caused by absence of characters coming out earlier in a dichotomous key,provides comprehensible images and therefor,is suitable for biological identification in port quarantine.
