欠发达地区健全社会主义协商民主制度的新探索

摘　　要：随着社会主义协商民主的实践进程,推进协商民主广泛多层制度化已是当务之急。政协乡镇(街道)工作联络组(工委)是推进协商民主广泛多层制度化发展的可靠载体,是人民政协介入基层民主协商的有效平台。各地区如何因地制宜发展社会主义协商民主、推进社会主义协商民主制度臻于完善,需要在理论上加大研究力度,在实践中作出不断探索。贵州省铜仁市在加强乡镇(街道)政协工作联络组建设方面开展了积极有效的探索,其辖区内的万山区积累了一些行之有效的经验,对欠发达地区而言,这不失为健全社会主义协商民主制度的一条可行路径。With the practice of developing socialist deliberative democracy system,it is extremely urgent to spread this system to wider range and to make this system more institutionalized.This extensive application and institution depends on people working for CPPCC Township Work Association Group（Working Committee）and the organization itself.Theoretical research should be more emphasized on how to develop socialist deliberative democracy system in different area,and it is worthy to put this theoretical research into practice by new exploration.People working for CPPCC Township Work Association Group（Working Committee）in Tongren,Guizhou province,have made exploration and gained some practical experience,which is beneficial to developing socialist deliberative democracy system in less developed area.
