摘 要:目的分析2005-2014年深圳市松岗街道法定传染病的流行病学特征,为制定针对性防控措施提供科学依据。方法收集整理松岗街道2005年1月至2014年12月传染病发病数据。应用SPSS 16.0统计软件进行分析处理。结果2005-2014年,松岗街道传染病总发病率为485.24/10万,年均死亡率为0.32/10万。经秩相关检验,发病率与年份间为正相关关系(r_s=0.939,P=0.000),表明总发病率呈逐年上升趋势。按传播途径分类,肠道传播传染病也呈逐年上升趋势(r_s=0.952,P=0.000)。居前3位的主要病种依次为感染性腹泻、病毒性肝炎和手足口病。结论深圳市松岗街道传染病发病率总体呈上升趋势,肠道传染病应作为该街道传染病防控工作的重点之一。Objective To study the epidemiological characteristics of infectious diseases in Songgang street of Shenzhen from2005 to 2014, and provide evidence for prevention and control measures. Methods The data of infectious diseases between January 2005 and December 2014 of Songgang street were collected, and analyzed by statistical analysis software SPSS16.0.Results The average incidence of infectious diseases in Songgang street was 485.24 / 100 000, with the annual mortality rate of 0.32 / 100 000. The annual and total incidence showed a positive correlation(r_s=0.939, P=0.000), and the total incidence increased year by year. The incidence of intestinal infectious diseases also increased year by year(r_s=0.952, P =0.000). The top three diseases were infectious diarrhea, viral hepatitis and hand-foot-mouth disease. Conclusion The total incidence of infectious diseases were increased year by year in Songgang street of Shenzhen during the recent ten year_s, and the prevention and control of intestinal infectious diseases was one of key task for the street.
