县供电公司集约化电费核算管理探索与实践——以泰安供电公司为例

摘　　要：电费核算业务是电力市场营销中的重要环节,主要包括对抄见电量、各类工作单、客户档案等实施的复核,以及按照执行电价体系所进行的电费计算、核算工作。本文通过对电费核算管理发展模式的分析,比较了传统的电费核算管理与集约化电费核算管理模式。以泰安供电公司电费核算管理的做法为例,描述了在信息化平台的推广应用、管理规范的建立、协同机制的改进、人才队伍的培养等方面的探索,提出了提高县供电公司集约化电费核算管理质量的措施。Electricity charge accounting business is an important part of electricity marketing and it mainly includes the re-check of electricity consumed,all kinds of worksheets and customer archives as well as the electricity charge calculation and accounting in terms of current electrovalence system. This paper analyzes the development mode of electricity charge accounting and compares the traditional accounting management with intensification electrical charge accounting. Taking Taian Electric Power Company as an example,this paper describes such exploration as the application on information platform,the establishment of management practices ,the improvement of cooperation mechanism and the training of qualified personnel and puts forward some measures to increase the management quality of intensification electrical charge accounting in county level electric power companies.
