摘　　要：中国制药机械自动化程度及GMP对药品装量精度的要求不断提高,现存的胶囊充填机尚无药品在线检测功能。基于NJP1200型充填机,利用STC89C52单片机技术,采用光纤传感器,构建胶囊产量在线检测系统。在药机运转过程中,实现在线检测并显示出合格胶囊数量。对进一步提高国产胶囊充填机的智能化程度有一定的应用前景和参考价值。The requirement for packing precision of GMP is increasingly improved,but the capsule filling machines in China can not fulfill online detection function for drug loading. In this study,such a system was developed with STC78C52 single chip microcomputer and optical fiber sensor at NJP1200 type capsule filling machine. It can detect and display qualified capsule number effectively when the machine is in operation. By such a system,the intelligent degree of the domestic capsule filling machine is improved.
