阴道发育异常121例临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨阴道发育异常的临床特征和诊治情况。方法回顾性分析2007年至2014年在我院就诊的121例阴道发育异常患者的临床资料。结果 121例阴道发育异常患者中先天性无阴道42例(34.7%),阴道闭锁36例(29.8%),阴道纵隔33例(27.3%),阴道横隔10例(8.2%)。临床表现主要为无月经来潮(64.5%)、周期性腹痛(51.2%)和性生活困难(47.9%)。其中合并子宫畸形患者80例(66.1%),合并肾脏畸形患者12例(9.9%)。121例阴道发育异常患者中维吾尔族69例(57.0%),汉族29例(24.0%),哈萨克族14例(11.6%),其他民族9例(7.4%)。121例阴道发育异常患者中95例行手术治疗。结论阴道发育异常以先天性无阴道所占比例最大,可伴有子宫发育畸形和泌尿系统畸形,伴发畸形的诊断有重要临床意义。阴道发育异常患者大多需手术治疗,具体术式根据病变类型决定。Objective To investigate the clinical feature, diagnosis and treatment results of vaginal malformation. Methods A retrospective study was carried out to analyze the clinical data of 121 in-patients with vaginal malformation in People＇s Hospital of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region from 2007 to 2014. Results In 121 patients, there were 42（34.7%） with congenital absence of the vagina, 36（29.8%） with vaginal atresia, 33（27.3%） with Vagina mediastinum,and 10（8.2%） with Vaginal across. The clinical manifestations were primary amenorrhea（64.5%）, abdominal pain（51.2%） and dyspareunia（47.9%）. 80 patients（66.1%） were associated with uterine malformation. Incidence of renal malformation was 9.1%. In 121 patients, there were 69（57.0%） Uyghur patients, 29（24.0%） Han patients,14（11.6%） Kazak patients, and 9（7.4%） other nations. 95 of 121 patients were treated by operation. Conclusion Congenital absence of the vagina is the most common type of vaginal malformation, which is often associated with uterine malformation and urinary malformation.Much attention should be paid to those associated malformations because of their important clinical significance. Most patients need operation while different methods should be chosen according to the different type of the malformation.
