常规治疗加仙璐贝滴剂治疗儿童上气道咳嗽综合征的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨仙璐贝滴剂联合常规药物治疗儿童上气道咳嗽综合征的临床疗效,为临床治疗该病提供参考。方法选取2012年7月至2015年10月我院就诊的疑似儿童上气道咳嗽综合征186例,随机分为治疗组(口服仙璐贝滴剂+常规治疗)和对照组(常规治疗)。连续用药4周后,对两组患者的临床总有效率进行比较。结果治疗后,两组患者临床症状改善明显,对照组治疗有效率明显低于治疗组。结论仙璐贝滴剂治疗儿童上气道咳嗽综合征效果显著,效果优于单纯常规用药,适合于儿童上气道咳嗽综合征的治疗。Objetive To investigate the clinical efficacy that children with upper airway coughsyndrome were treated by sinu-pret drops and conventional drugs,and reference were offered for treatment.Methods 186 children with upper airway cough syn-drome were selected from July 2012 to October 2015,they were divided into control and treatment groups,then,After four weeks oftreatment,they were juxtaposed about the total clinical efficiency.Results In the two teams,the clinical symptoms were improved sig-nificantly and the total effective rate in treatment group was significantly higher than the control group,Conclusion The effect is sig-nificant and better than regular medication alone which upper airway cough syndrome in children are treated by sinupret drops,so,wecan see sinupret drops are suitable for treating upper airway coughsyndrome in children.
