摘　　要：探究了国内外绿色建筑的评价标准,针对我国绿色建筑的发展现状,试图建立绿色建筑评价指标体系。采用了综合评判法,在建立和完善我国绿色建筑评价体系的基础上,确定绿色建筑7项评价指标的权重,运用综合公式计算项目的星级评估值,利用该评估值确定项目的星级等级,以得出评价结果,论证了综合评判法在绿色建筑评价中的可行性和实用性。This paper explores the evaluation standard of green building at home and abroad. According to the status quo of green building in China,the green building evaluation needs a quantitative evaluation index system. On the basis of establishing and improving the evaluation system of green building in China,this article determines the weight of seven evaluation indexes and calculates the evaluation value of the project by using principle of comprehensive evaluation method.This paper calculates star evaluation value of the project and determines the star rating of the project by utilizing the comprehensive formula. At last,taking the evaluation result,the thesis proves the feasibility and practicability of the comprehensive evaluation method in the evaluation of green building.
