摘　　要：探析PC建筑在风险管理方面存在的不足,结合PC建筑建造特点,对PC建筑全寿命周期进行划分并归纳各阶段的主要风险。将BIM技术应用于PC建筑全生命周期风险管理过程中,具体阐述BIM技术在PC建筑各阶段风险管理中的具体应用,以期通过BIM技术提高PC建筑全寿命周期风险管理的有效性。This paper studies the lack in the risk management of PC buildings. The whole life circle of the PC buildings is divided and the major risks in each stage are concluded with characteristics of the PC buildings. BIM technology is applied in the risk management during the whole life circle of PC buildings and the specific application of BIM technology in the risk management in each stage of the whole life circle is revealed. The result shows that BIM technology can enhance the effectiveness in the risk management during the PC buildings＇ whole life circle.
