摘　　要：针对公租房在配租过程中存在的弊端,探究公租房更加合理的分配方式。采用极差标准化法和权重因子法建立了以租户满意度、租户迫切度、租金合理度为目标的多目标优化模型,运用规划求解的方法证明模型的合理性,论证了多目标优化模型在公租房分配问题上的可行性和实用性。Aiming at the disadvantages of the public rental housing to explore a reasonable it mode of it,this paper uses Range Standardization and Weight Factor M ethod to establish the multi- objective optimization model of the public housing allocation. The objections of the model are the satisfaction of the tenant,the urgency of the tenant and the rationality of the rent. The method of programming solution is used to prove the reasonability of model. Through a practical problem,the multi- objective optimization model in terms of feasibility and practicability in public housing allocation problem is verified.
