摘　　要：从研究典型工程入手,结合国网企业标准与行业规范,针对辽宁市场情况编制了辽宁地区新建住宅小区供电工程投标报价,进一步优化了国网清单规范内容,编制了清单计价模版,以一张表体现整个工程造价,有效减少了招投标环节评标工作量,有效规避了招标风险,也为施工企业参与工程量清单投标报价的编制提供了有力的参考。This paper starts with the typical engineering,combines the national standard and industry specifications,compiles the tender offer of power supply engineering specifically for Liaoning market,and also further optimizes the preparation of the list pricing module based on the national grid list specification. All the key elements are summarized into a sole table to reflect the entire project cost. The proposed table effectively reduces the workload of the bid evaluation in the stage of bidding for engineering project,avoids the tender risk,and provides a strong reference for the construction enterprises to participate in the preparation of the bidding documents.
