摘  要:以某微客开发过程中的非对称少片变截面钢板弹簧为主要研究对象,进行钢板弹簧的优化设计及计算,建立该钢板弹簧的优化设计数学模型,并以内点罚函数法的优化设计理论为基础对钢板弹簧进行优化设计,在满足强度条件和刚度条件等约束的要求下,使钢板弹簧的质量减少,达到轻量化优化设计的目的。并将优化结果和ABAQUS计算结果进行比较,结果显示:优化结果不仅保持了钢板弹簧的计算精度,还可以提高钢板弹簧的计算效率。By taking the asymmetric variable cross-section leaf spring in the developing process of minivans as research object,the optimization design and calculation for the leaf spring were carried out. A mathematical model for optimal design of the leaf spring was established,and the interior-point barrier function method was used to the optimization designed for the leaf spring. Under meeting the constraints condition of structure strength and stiffness,the quality of the spring was reduced so as to achieve the goal of lightweight optimization design. Finally,the optimization results and the calculation results of ABAQUS were compared. The results show that the optimization results not only keep the calculation precision of the leaf spring,but also can improve the computation efficiency.
