用唑来膦酸注射液对2型糖尿病合并骨质疏松症患者进行治疗的效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析用唑来膦酸注射液对2型糖尿病合并骨质疏松症患者进行治疗的效果。方法将近年来我院收治的50例2型糖尿病合并骨质疏松症患者按照用药方案的不同分为A组与B组,对A组患者进行常规治疗,在此基础上为B组患者加用唑来膦酸进行治疗,然后对比分析其L2-L4、股骨大转子、股骨颈的骨密度及VAS评分。结果与A组患者相比,B组患者在进行治疗后其VAS评分较低,其L2-L4、股骨大转子及股骨颈的骨密度均较高,差异显著(p<0.05),有统计学意义。结论应用唑来膦酸注射液治疗2型糖尿病合并骨质疏松症可取得显著的效果,能显著改善其临床症状,提高其骨密度,此法值得在临床上推广应用。Objective：To explore the Type 2 diabetes mellitus with osteoporosis application Azole phosphonic acid injection the curative effect.
