摘  要:比例溢流阀是保证工程机械运动稳定性的重要元件,针对普通比例先导溢流阀工作过程中响应速度慢和压力超调大的缺陷,该文设计了一款先导腔动压反馈式比例溢流阀。通过数学建模分析了溢流阀的静态和动态特性,并运用AMESim软件对所设计的比例溢流阀进行仿真分析,研究了影响溢流阀性能的结构参数,并验证了数学模型的正确性;用液压刚度替代了弹簧刚度,在结构上克服了弹簧工作过程中响应速度迟缓的缺点,有效改善了溢流阀的寿命。仿真结果表明,改进后的溢流阀较普通比例先导溢流阀的调压精度好、调压范围大,其性能上有明显的提高,对溢流阀的研究设计有一定的参考价值。Proportional relief valves are the important components to ensure the stability of mechanical engineering movement. This paper designs a novel pilot cavity dynamic pressure feedback proportional relief valve for ordinary proportional pilot- operated relief lacking of slow response and large pressure overshoot in the working process. Theoretically the paper builds mathematical model for analyzing the static and dynamic characteristics of this relief valve, and simulates the model of the designed proportional relief valve by AMESim, which analyzes the structural parameters affecting the relief valve performance and verifies the correctness of the mathematical model. The valve uses hydraulic rigidity to replace spring stiffness, structurally overcoming the disadvantage of low response in the working process, and effectively improving the life of the relief. Simulation results show that the improved relief has good precision regulator, large pressure regulation, and its performance has been significantly improved comparing with ordinary proportional pilot-operated relief, which has some reference value for the study and design of the relief valve.
