摘 要:针对发动机喷嘴中因空蚀破坏对柴油机的雾化、燃烧与动力特性均存在重要影响,甚至导致喷油器失效的问题,对柴油机喷嘴空蚀特性进行了研究,以提高柴油机喷嘴防空蚀能力,实现安全可靠运行。分析了柴油机喷嘴发生空蚀的特点,对国内外已有的相关研究成果进行归纳和梳理,重点总结和评述了国内外对柴油机喷嘴空蚀特性研究的最新进展,进而归纳出目前研究存在的问题及未来继续研究的趋势,并通过对柴油机喷嘴空蚀的研究现状及原因的分析,提出柴油机喷嘴空蚀研究进一步的发展方向。With the consideration of the cavitation erosion occurred inside engine nozzle, the cavitation erosion occurred inside engine nozzle have important influences on atomization, combustion and dynamical performance of diesel engine, and even lead to injector failure,the cavitation erosion occurred inside engine nozzle was investigated to improve the ability of slowing down the cavitation erosion and realizing reliable work. the characteristics of the cavitation erosion occurred inside engine nozzle was analyzed. The latest literatures and the related apocalypse were summarized. the further hot research interests were pointed out. Besides, the present research situation and the reasons of the cavitation erosion occurred inside engine nozzle are analyzed comprehensively. Based on all these factors above, the further developing direction for the cavitation erosion occurred inside engine nozzle is put forward in this article.
