摘　　要：通过介绍汽车变速器装配线上气动柱塞泵的工作原理,分析了气动柱塞泵故障发生的原因,详细阐述了故障维修诊断的全过程,发现了故障的发生根源,采取了必要的措施,成功修复气动柱塞泵,延长了气动柱塞泵的使用寿命。By introducing the working principle of air-operated piston pump on automobile transmission assembly line, this paper analyses the reason of failure to an air-operated piston pump, elaborates the whole course of troubleshooting and getting to the root cause of failure,describes the outcome of air-operated piston pump repairing successfully and the necessary measure be taken to prolong the service life of air-operated piston pump.
