摘　　要：就线性回归模型中参数估计最常用的估计方法——最小二乘估计法得出几个结论并给出相应的证明.Parameter estimation of linear regression model in the most commonly used method to estimate-- least squares estimation method draws several conclusions and gives the corresponding proof.
