西北民族地区涉枪毒品犯罪的成因、特点及处置对策

摘　　要：通过确认涉枪毒品犯罪行为界定含义,探求西北民族地区涉枪毒品犯罪的犯罪目的和犯罪动机两种内在因素,以及攫取利益、境外枪毒力量渗透和国内枪支管制不利等三个外部因素,析出涉枪毒品犯罪的基本特点,明确指出西北民族地区涉枪毒品犯罪的五项处置原则,是加大枪毒惩治力度的指导原则.Through confirmation from gun drug crimes defined meaning,to explore the northwest ethnic region from gun drug-related crime purpose and crime motive of two kinds of internal factors,as well as gain and foreign gun gun adverse poison power penetration and domestic three external factors,such as precipitation from gun the basic characteristics of drug crimes,made clear that the northwest ethnic region from gun five disposal principles of drug crimes,is increasing gun poison to punish the guiding principle.
