鼻敏康颗粒对肺气虚变应性鼻炎大鼠IL-4、IL-12的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨鼻敏康颗粒对肺气虚变应性鼻炎(AR)大鼠白细胞介素4(IL-4)、白细胞介素12(IL-12)水平的影响,从而分析鼻敏康颗粒的作用机制。方法:建立肺气虚变应性鼻炎大鼠模型,采用酶联免疫吸附实验检测大鼠鼻黏膜中IL-4、IL-12的含量,观察鼻敏康颗粒对鼻黏膜T淋巴细胞的影响。结果:与模型对照组比较,西药组与中药治疗组IL-4水平均降低,IL-12水平均升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:鼻敏康颗粒可下调肺气虚AR大鼠鼻黏膜IL-4水平、上调IL-12水平,通过平衡细胞因子水平发挥疗效。Objective：To observe the effect of Biminkang granules on interleukin 4（IL-4）,interleukin 12（IL-12）of allergic rhinitis（lung-qi deficiency）rats and analyze the mechanism of Biminkang granules. Methods：Rat models of allergic rhinitis with lung-qi deficiency were established,and the contents of IL-4 and IL-12 in nasal mucosa of rats were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay. Results：Compared with the model group,IL-4 levels were decreased,IL-12 levels were elevated in Western medicine group and Chinese medicine group,the difference is statistically significant（P0.05,P0.01）. Conclusion：Biminkang granules can down-regulate the level of IL-12 and up-regulate the level of IL-4. It plays the role on allergic rhinitis（lung-qi deficiency）through balancing cytokine levels.
