摘　　要：当前新媒体的迅速发展,对高校后勤员工的思想观念、行为模式、道德认知、价值观念等产生了重大的影响,如何引导员工在热衷于新媒体互动中保持理性、感知责任和约束自己,是高校后勤思想政治引领工作急需解决的问题。结合新媒体的传播特征,分析了新媒体对高校后勤员工思想政治引领工作带来的挑战和机遇,并以此探讨了新常态下运用新媒体平台创新思想政治引领工作的路径选择。The current rapid development of new media has had major impacts on the concepts,behavior patterns,moral cognition and values of college logistic staff.How to guide the staff keen to remain rational in the new interactive media,the perception of responsibility and discipline themselves,is the urgent problems of college ideological and political guidance work among logistic staff.Combined with the propagation characteristics of new media,this paper analyzes the challenges and opportunities of college ideological and political guidance work among logistic staff brought about by new media,as well as the path selection of innovating ideological and political guidance work under the new normal background.
