妇女在农村公共文化活动中的参与研究——基于社会失范理论的视角

摘　　要：运用社会失范理论分析妇女在农村公共文化建设中行为特征,根据研究样本得出当前农村妇女在公共文化参与中尚存在许多待解决的问题。提出构筑无差别的公共文化目标、实现功能再造的公共文化制度规范、培育精神自觉的公共文化,是构筑新型农村公共文化内涵式发展的路径选择,也是促使农村公共文化向性别和谐的高层次涌现,实现基层社会的治理创新的基本方式。Using the theory of social anomie,this paper analyzes the behavioral characteristics of women in rural public cultural construction,from which we can see that there are still many problems to be solved in women＇s participation of rural public culture.It proposed to build undifferentiated public cultural objectives,public cultural rules and norms to achieve public function reengineering,cultivate the spirit of self-conscious public culture,which is the path selection of building new rural public cultural connotation of development,and the basic way of promoting the emergence of rural public culture to a higher level of gender harmony and achieving the grass-roots social management innovation.
